All classes are pre-payment only. A minimum of four (4) term registered students is required for classes to go ahead. Aziza Bellydance reserves the right to cancel or postpone any course if there are not enough people registered and paid. Refunds will be given if the course or class needs to be cancelled.

Payment instructions and other key details are emailed to the student upon registration. A confirmation email will be sent to you once payment has been received.

If for any reason the teacher is unavailable a suitable replacement teacher will run the class for that day. In the unlikely event that a replacement teacher is not available a "make-up-class" will be scheduled for a later date.

Classes will be recorded for video notes and links sent to students attending the class via email. If you wish to record your own video notes please get agreement from your teacher first. Video notes should not be shared with anyone outside  of the class. Instead of sharing notes we produce clips of our classes for social media. We'd love you to be part of the footage, but you are welcome to opt out if you wish.

If you have any injuries or health issues, please contact your doctor to check whether it's safe for you to join the class. It is the student's responsibility to keep the teacher informed of health issues so that movements can be modified to prevent injury.

Payments are not transferable to another class/date/student. Refunds will be given to any student who cancels 3 days or more before the start of the term.
